END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

FOR 3DX MEREDIAN

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the creators and administrators of the game "3DX Meredian" ("Meredian Team"). By registering, accessing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the game.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to play the game.

1.2. By signing up for the game “3DX Meredian", each player confirms agreement to these rules and is fully responsible for all their own individual actions in the game, which include but are not limited to: World Chat, Local Chat, Group Chat, Private Message, Profile, Private room.

1.3. The Meredian Team is entirely composed of volunteer players who dedicate themselves to maintaining the game's safety and integrity. Disrespect towards any member of the team may result in consequences for the offending User.

1.4. Each registered user complies with the rules upon registration, regardless of position, status and other merit. Ignorance of the rules does not relieve the user of the responsibility.

1.5. Meredian Team holds the right to change, adjust and modify any portion of the application at anytime.

2. CONDITIONS FOR ALL GAME CHATS, FORUMS, AND CHANNELS

2.1. General Behavior

Excessive use of foul language.
Insults, provocations, threats, harassment, or slander against other players or the game administration.
Posting offensive or demeaning content, including via links.

2.2. Harassment

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Chasing/stalking players, including creating new characters to contact individuals who have blocked you.
Continued harassment after warnings from moderators or administrators.

2.3. Discrimination

The game environment must remain free from discriminatory behavior, including:

Offenses based on gender, race, nationality, religion, culture, political opinion, or sexual preference.

2.4. Spam

Spam in the chat; whether it is one person or a group of people sending the same message multiple times. This includes excessive use of Caps Lock. Advertising of locations is allowed from 1 location every 20 minutes regardless of the writer.
Advertisements that are directly focused on monetization of goods, excluding the ones that are primarily favoring social platforms, as well as links or QR Codes to suspicious and third-party resources in either chats, profiles or room materials. Meredian Staff holds the right to inspect and ask for them to be removed from profiles and room materials or to not repeated in chats if deemed required.

2.5. Account Security

All types of exchange or other options for transferring accounts from one user to another; If you willingly provide your username and password to another player, and should any other individual other than you access to your account, there's a high possibility that your account will be suspended upon notice of moderation team. In addition, shared accounts will be considered as one, and should any of the connected accounts to be received any kind of penalty, all other accounts connected to it will face the same consequences. User agrees to take on all responsibility of everything mentioned in this article and understands that account sharing is heavily discouraged.

2.6. Personal Information

Disclosure/exposure of any personal information about players (and relatives) without their consent, which include but are not limited to: social media profiles, phone numbers, addresses, personal/work email addresses.

2.7. Illegal Activities

The User must not engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Propaganda or involvement in any illegal organizations.
Discussion, distribution and use of malware (cheats, hacks, etc).
- Modifications that are made using a third party tool in any shape or form that are allowing a user to change how the game behaves is prohibited and may warrant no warning prior for an immediate sanction.
Propaganda of suicide and pedophilia.

2.8. Content Moderation

All content, including profile text, gallery images, and chat messages, is subject to review by Meredian staff. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or bans.

2.9. Disciplinary Actions

Users are prohibited from discussing disciplinary actions taken against them in global or local chats. Complaints must be submitted to the Support Team via the official Discord server.

2.10. Impersonation

Impersonating staff or other players for malicious purposes is strictly forbidden.

Directly impersonating another player with the sole purpose of causing harm or harassment is against our guidelines, within the exceptions of media material (including but not limited to; profile names, profile text, gallery materials and all else that are outside of the personal copyrighted material, else, it's encouraged to reach out to support team for legal claims of said copyrighted material)

3. NAMES, AVATARS, IMAGES, ROOMS AND SIGNATURES

The following restrictions apply to all usernames, avatars, images, and signatures:

3.1. Content must not contain excessive foul or offensive language.
3.2. Racist, nationalist, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Depictions of pedophilia, sexual harassment, or abuse are prohibited.
3.4. Content promoting illegal activities or violence is prohibited. 3.5. Symbols, abbreviations of illegal organizations or relating to historical or political personalities, convicted by courts and tribunals.

3.5. Roleplay Content

Terms like "rape, blackmail, forced sex, abducting, kidnapping, etc." are allowed within the context of consensual sexual roleplay, provided that all parties involved understand and agree that these terms are strictly fictional.

We consider materials or discussions involving these terms are considered consensual and fictional for all members in involvement unless proven otherwise, as real-life application is impossible in a video game setting.
- Players may use these terms in their profiles and gallery pictures, as long as it is clear that they pertain only to fictional RP means.

3.6. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for six months with no profile activity may have their usernames reassigned. Accounts with significant activity or gifts will not be affected.

4. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

4.1. Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
4.2. Moderators and administrators have the authority to enforce penalties at their discretion within the bounds of this Agreement.
4.3. Attempts to bypass restrictions, including using third-party tools, will result in immediate penalties.

5. REPORTING AND SUPPORT

5.1. Users may report violations or seek assistance through the official Discord server.
5.2. Screenshots of violations must be full-screen and not edited images to be considered as valid evidence.
5.3. Meredian Team is not obligated to take responsibility for private messages that take place outside of the game and it's platforms.

6. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrator

Oversees the moderation team, resolves disputes, and enforces the rules.

Moderator

Maintains order on the game server, website, and Discord server.

Community Manager

Assists players, organizes events, and oversees public relations.

Support Team

Provides assistance with moderation and resolves user inquiries.

Event Staff

Organizes in-game events and parties.

Party Staff

Assists Event Staff with parties and related activities.

7. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

The terms of this Agreement may be modified at any time. Continued use of the game signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

By agreeing to this End-User License Agreement, the User acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined herein.
